  • Service Description

    This service is provided by the Authority's Transport Affairs to Companies who transport passengers by buses within or from the Emirate. Hence, this service enables companies to obtain the right to legally practice their activities in the Emirate through electronic registering in the system. 

  • Related Department

    Franchise & Licensing Transport activities Department.

  • Required Documents

    Based on the service to be registered.

  • Process Duration
    • 5 minutes through the website.
    • 10 minutes in case of approaching the Authority for finalizing the relevant procedures.
