  • Service Description

    This service enables customers to apply for a No Objection Certificate for construction works to be implemented in the road corridor.

  • Related Department

    Roads Maintenance Department.

  • Required Documents
    • Valid map.
    • Colored photograph for the site.
    • Valid trade license or commercial register.
    • Construction permit.
    • Copy of the UAE ID Card of the applicant or the person in charge of the site.
    • A plan showing the proposed locations of the panels.
    • Certificate of the Department of Tourism for hotels - Health Authority license for hospitals.
  • Process Duration

    As per the status of request.
